Vessel rental conditions:

A deposit of 50 percent of the agreed upon fee must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid before embarkation or upon return, where fuel consumption will also be estimated.

When entering into the contract, The User is obliged to comply with the following rules:
1. At the time of embarkation, the vessel will be provided with a full tank of fuel. The fuel used will be borne by the User;
2. In case of damage to the boat, the User will be obliged to pay for the same;
3. In case of propeller breakage, loss or damage of bardo equipment, the damage will be entirely borne by the ‘User.
4. In case of non-payment of the full amount, the Owner will be forced to take legal action in order to assess the amount of damage, any days of missed work and any legal fees.

Regulations for going out to sea:
It is forbidden to go beyond 1,000 meters of the coastline.
The following speeds are mandatory:
– 0-100 Mt. speed 3 knots;
– 100-500 Mt. 10 knots (the vessel must not glide);
– 1000 Mt. unlimited speed;
– Should you wish to disembark in the vicinity of the Riva, it is mandatory to turn off the engine at least 100 Meters beforehand and reach the beach by rowing, This applies only to loading and unloading utilities. After landing, the Vessel must be anchored OUTSIDE 100 Mt. from the shore.
N.B. NATANTS can access any launch corridor by sailing at a MAX speed of 3 knots while keeping strictly to the right.

Waiver: Should the user, for any reason, waive the rental, he/she will forfeit the amount of the down payment.
If the weather and sea conditions are adverse, the down payment will be refunded.
